Senate Passes SB1561!
Passengers who violate transit laws can be banned from using the system. Anyone arrested for a crime or sited on three separate occasions within a period of 60 consecutive days for infractions committed in a FAX vehicle, at a bus stop, or on FAX property will now face a ban of 30 days. Offenders can be banned for up to a year for more serious offenses. Interfering with an operator of a transit vehicle, willfully disturbing others on or in a FAX facility or vehicle, and defacing transit property could all result in exclusion. Susan�s house is the last house in the cul-de-sac on the right hand side: 934 N. Waldby next to an empty lot.
